Cancellation Policy

To prevent individuals from not showing up or canceling late for a training or event, we have cancellation policies in place. For a training or event where terms and conditions apply, this will be noted on the event page. When registering, the participant must actively check that they agree to the cancellation policy below. If the training or event is given by VIVEL at the request of an organization, the same conditions apply.

Signing up for live or blended training and on-site events is possible:

  • Up to 5 weeks in advance: free of charge

Late deregistration or absence

If you cancel late or are absent during the paid training or event, you will pay the following fee:

  • Between 5 and 2 weeks in advance: 50% of the participation fee
  • From 2 weeks before the first training day: 100% of the participation fee

If the training or event is free then we apply an absence fee:

  • 25 euros (excluding VAT) per half day.
  • 50 euros (excluding VAT) per full day

Unsubscribing can only be done in writing by emailing with the subject line "Unsubscribe Title of Training.

If the type of training or event allows, you may send a substitute who meets any participation requirements of the training. Notify the substitution by email at no later than the day before the start of the training or event (by 5 p.m.) . Use "Substitute Training Title" as the subject line and place the substitute in copy of the email. The substitution is not final until written confirmation from VIVEL.

If there is force majeure or you are ill, please report this in writing and as soon as possible at VIVEL has final authority to determine whether a situation can be considered force majeure. If the training or event is given by VIVEL at the request of an organization, the same conditions apply.

Cancellation by VIVEL due to force majeure.

If a training or event cannot take place unexpectedly (for example, due to illness or force majeure), the participant will be informed by email as soon as possible. In that case, the training or event will be rescheduled at a later date. The participant will then be invited to participate in the rescheduled training or event. If this new date does not fit, the participant may choose not to participate, free of charge. To do so, the participant must cancel free of charge at the latest 1 week after the new invitation has been sent. This can be done by emailing
